ABOUT US
Joseph Hair Salon was founded in 2003 by Ruth Lathbury, and is now run and managed by her daughter, Charlotte. Charlotte began her hairdressing career in 2009, and has been awarded many styling, colour and business certifications.
In 2013 she graduated from Wella’s highest and most prestigious colour technology degree and is our resident Master Colour Expert. Charlotte is a huge believer in education, and runs our in-house training to the highest standard- providing apprentices with the support and knowledge to embark on their own careers. Together with the whole team, Charlotte is passionate about creating beautiful hair in a relaxed and friendly environment.
